We’re the Nelsen family—Wisconsin-based parents of three adventurous girls who love the outdoors as much as we do. We’re full-time real estate and hospitality entrepreneurs who’ve built a collection of unique stays across the Midwest and the Smokies, from cozy river cabins to boutique motels. We value nature, simplicity, family time, and creating relaxing spaces where guests can truly unwind. Our kids help choose décor, Katie keeps everything beautiful and welcoming, and we bring our love for travel, design, and hospitality into every property.
